Go on green holidays

• Reduce the number of flights you take - research what is right on your doorstep. Holidays abroad are not the be all and end all.
• Stay local - investigate what′s in your own back yard - not only is this energy efficient but you also make the most of your holiday time - time saved travelling is time added to your holiday
• Travel efficiently - book the most direct route
• Never leave litter - teach children from a young age to respect their surroundings
• Leave the car at home if you can and take bikes away with you
• Buy local crafts and not mass produced souvenirs
• Respect local customs and traditions and teach your children to do the same - it is all part of the fun!
